My tracking information says “Shipping Label Created or Shipment information sent to FedEx” and nothing else. What does this mean?

This means that the postal carrier has not scanned your package into their system yet. Sometimes this happens when the carrier hub is really backed up. Hold tight! Your order has been shipped and it’s on its way to you.

.For orders placed after 11:00 AM Pacific Time, please add an additional business day for delivery. Shipping fees are based on actual shipping weight of product or products and the delivery address. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box, APO or FPO and out-of-stock items. Express shipping charges are not refundable.

International orders are NOT eligible for any FREE Shipping Offers.
